“ Our approach to therapy is Integrative, it allows us to draw from a range of approaches to locate the root cause of your problems normally within six sessions and identify your particular way(s) of thinking.”
We work with individuals, couples, and organizations to provide long-term and short-term (time-limited) support that is tailored to their individual needs. We aim to provide clients with practical techniques and strategies that will allow them to improve their lives and feel more fulfilled.
At Therapy Life Skills, we understand that each individual's needs are unique. That's why we employ various techniques to uncover the underlying causes of your problems. Our blend of professionalism, and a warm atmosphere ensures a supportive and pragmatic therapeutic experience tailored to you...
Psychodynamic therapy
Helps clients to examine not just what they are experiencing consciously; it also taps into their unconscious mind, to create a much clearer picture of why they may be struggling.
Solution-focused therapy
Explores the individual's current resources and future hopes and works toward empowering them to make their own changes; it is a goal-directed approach to solving some of life’s problems.
Existential therapy
Helps clients to find meaning and purpose in life. It supports free will, self-determination and the search for meaning. Often centering on how individuals use their ability to make rational choices to develop to their maximum potential.
CBT therapy
Deals with your current problems, rather than focusing on issues from your past. It looks for practical ways to improve your state of mind on a daily basis using homework in-between sessions.
Putting theories
A side I believe therapy works well; whatever the modality when the client feels safe and relaxed with you, they often speak freely and are able to engage in the process of constructive change.
Our goal is to support the growth of individuals, couples and organisations, through self-discovery and understanding of the connections, between the past and how it affects current thoughts and present behaviour(s).
We provide a space that gives you the time to work through your problems safely.

The term ‘lifeskills’ is described as a set of basic skills learned to deal with the demands and challenges of life, especially in social or emotional situations. There is not a definitive list of life skills to be learnt as everyone will potentially have a different list of the skills they consider important and others they consider not so important for their life.
