Who benefits from counselling?
Often people seek counselling for a wide range of difficulties that have affected their way of thinking or self-worth.
Taking the time to talk to an experienced therapist will give you a better understanding of yourself and the concerns that may have left you feeling anxious or unable to cope.
Our therapist are used to talking about almost any subject so there’s nothing you need to feel too embarrassed or ashamed to talk about, we provide a space that gives you the time to work through your problems safely.
What can we provide?
We offer a confidential, non-judgmental space that supports clients in making better sense of how they think, feel and act in a safe nurturing environment. Therapy is conducted online or face to face and is either short-term up (6 sessions minimum) or longer-term (6-20 sessions+ for more in-depth work.
We are qualified and experienced in Counselling & Psychotherapy with a range of clinical experience working with clients/patients within organisations such as the NHS, Men’s Prisons and youth offenders institutions. Click here to read what clients have said
In addition, we are members of the (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) which means we are compelled by their code of conduct and ethics to work professionally within their Ethical framework to a high standard.
