Who benefits from counselling?
Often people seek counselling for a wide range of difficulties that have affected their way of thinking or self-worth. Finding suitable therapy can be hard to find at the best of times, but it can feel even more daunting when you’re feeling unsure of yourself and possibly in a crisis.
My goal is to support the growth of individuals, couples and families, through self-discovery and understanding of the connections, between the past and how it affects current thoughts and present behaviour(s).
I am used to talking about many subjects, so there’s nothing you need to feel too embarrassed or ashamed to talk about, as we provide a space that gives you the time to work through your problems safely.
How can I help?
I offer a confidential, non-judgmental space that supports clients in making better sense of how they think, feel and act in a safe nurturing environment. Therapy is conducted online or face to face and is either short-term up to 6 sessions or longer-term 6-20+ sessions for more in-depth work.
I am qualified and experienced in Counselling & Psychotherapy with a range of clinical experience working with clients/patients within organisations such as the NHS, Prisons, Black Minds Matter and Youth Offenders Institutions.Click here to read what clients have said.
Also, I am a member of the (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) which means I'm compelled by their code of conduct and ethics to work professionally within their Ethical framework to a high standard.
